By using BaseDrive New Britain Towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

We provide towing and roadside assistance services in New Britain, CT and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Emergency towing
• Roadside assistance
• Flatbed towing
• Long-distance towing
• Motorcycle towing
• Accident recovery and winching
• Junk car removal
• Heavy-duty towing

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for all charges related to the towing and transportation of your vehicle.

If you fail to pay for services rendered, we reserve the right to retain possession of your vehicle until payment is received in full. Additional storage fees may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

When requesting our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your location and vehicle condition
• Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing
• Ensure you have the legal right to authorize towing of the vehicle
• Be present or designate an authorized representative to sign release forms
• Provide valid identification when requested

Liability and Insurance

We carry appropriate insurance and take every precaution to handle your vehicle with care. However, we are not responsible for damage to your vehicle that occurs due to pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for personal items left in your vehicle. You should remove all valuables before we tow your vehicle.

Service Availability

While we operate 24/7, response times may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, driver availability, and other factors beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to reach you as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. If a tow truck has already been dispatched to your location, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover the driver's time and travel costs.

Changes to Terms
